1 . Why Should I Use SOS:
I can focus on your administration and
secretarial needs which leaves you more time to
concentrate on the actual running of your business.
2 . Do I Need To Use
SOS, Even If I Have Staff:
Absolutely! I can provide you with extra help and
support, if your staff are already overwhelmed with
work or are off on holiday, sick leave, maternity
leave etc. Or perhaps you have a special long term
project that you don't wish to delegate to your
regular staff.
3 . How Do You Work If
You Are Not In My Office?
I can communicate with you regularly in order to
get your instructions or to receive/return work to
you. We can use email, fax, mobile, scanners,
telephones, anything is possible!
4. What If I Need Help
At Weekends or Bank Holidays?
This would not be a problem at all, as I offer a
24/7 service and can be there for all urgent tasks.
On occasion, there may be an extra charge, depending
on how much notice I get.
5. Can I Be Sure
of Confidentiality?
You have my personal guarantee that all work is
kept confidential at all times and no information
would ever be passed on to anyone else, nor would
anyone else be able to have access to any personal
documents etc. I understand the need for
confidentiality at all times.
6. Are There Any
Hidden Costs?
Never. I have a pricing structure whereby I will
find out from you beforehand, what your exact
requirements are and we can negotiate a fee. You
only pay for the actual time that I spend on your
specific projects.
7. How Long Does A
Project Take To Complete?
This is something that will be discussed with you
beforehand, once I've been given the exact
information and your job requirements. Most
straightforward jobs will be started and completed
on the same day.
8. Why Should I
Not Hire A Temp?
Hiring a temp is often very expensive and it is
very likely that you would see a different person
each time. There is also a chance that the
temp may need training, which of course takes more
time and money. By using my services on a regular
basis, we are getting to know each other, and
I am getting to know your business better each time
that
I complete some work for you.
9. Why Shouldn't I
Just Do The Work Myself?
By using my services, it frees up more time for
you to concentrate on other important matters and
you won't feel as though you are drowning under so
much paperwork. It would also give you some time to
spend doing life's other pleasures!
10. You Live Miles Away, Can I Still Use Your
Services?
It doesn't matter where in the world you live, I
am still able to work for you. In these days of modern
technology, it's possible for us to communicate and
pass work back and forward to each other using
various means.
